FL4010 Well, this has sat right here for many years, but I never figured out what it was until passing it on foot a month or so back! This may well be the only seventh-generation Ambassador in NZ - I certainly do not recall ever seeing another one. It appears this shape of Ambassador was sold in Australia and South Africa, but not here, so this one has found its way to NZ as a private import, most likely from Australia. Such a rare car doesn't deserve to be left to rust in this state, so hopefully it will be restored. Encountered in New Brighton, Christchurch, New Zealand. |
