Description
English: 1969 Super Stock AMX by AMC (American Motors Corporation) and Hurst Performance. This is a special factory prepared model for drag racing. The two-seat, GT-type sports coupe has minimum comfort features, but is powered by AMC's 390 CID (6.4 L) V8 engine with twin Holley carburetors and 12.3:1 compression-ratio cylinder heads, and "Doug’s" headers and exhaust system. Picture was taken at the classic AMC show in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
