Description
English: 1968 DNC logo. The words "The 1968 Democratic National Convention Chicago, Illinois" form a square border around the inset of the logo. The inset is divided by a five-pointed star, which each divided segment featuring an artistic representation of Chicago landmarks. Landmarks include the Museum of Science and Industry building; the one of its lion sculptures that guard the entrance of the Art Institute of Chicago building ; the Wrigley Building; forms of thre transit which Chicago is a hub for (represented by an airplane, a boat, and a locomotive); and the twin towers of the Marina City apartment complex.
