English: A vintage Soap Box Derby racer piloted by Garland "Jiffy" Ross, who competed in the Muncie, IN local Derby from 1949 to 1951 as a class B entry. This is a laminate-constructed car, finished in clear varnish to show off the layers. The extant car is currently on display at the Museum Of American Speed in Lincoln, NE with the wheels seen here, which are not Official Derby issue and may not be the original on the car.
