Summary
| Description |
English: This Egyptian Revival building was a distinctive landmark in Charlotte from the time of its construction in 1914 until its demolition in 1987. Designed by famed Charlotte architect C. C. Hook and by W. G. Rogers, the building drew praise from President Woodrow Wilson during a a visit to Charlotte in 1916.
