Description
English: Grand Statuary Clock made by E.Farcot (Rue des trois bornes, Paris) for the 1876 Centennial Exposition in Philadelphia. Period (original?) sign behind the statue states that the sculptor was Albert Ernest Carrier-Belleuse. (Another sign leaves off the -Belleuse). The pendulum swings conically, rather than side-to-side.
