English: Cartoon in the reactionary Zingari newspaper attacking John Quin, the MP for Fort Beaufort, for joining the Responsible Government movement of PM John Molteno, and for supporting his "7 Circles Bill" after initially opposing it. In the aftermath of the Bill he sheds his old skin to become supportive of Responsible Government (local democracy) and Voluntarism (a secular state)
