一 自諸国松前へ出入之者共、志摩守不相断而、夷仁与直ニ商売仕候儀可為曲事事。

一 志摩守ニ無断而令渡海、売買仕候者、急度可致言上事。    付夷之儀者、何方へ往行候共、可為夷次第事。

一 対夷仁非分申懸者、堅停止事。    右条々若於違背之輩者、可処厳科者也。仍如件。   慶長九年正月廿七日 黒印

一、諸国より松前へ出入の者共、志摩守に相断らずして、夷仁と直に商売仕り候儀曲事となすべきこと。

一、志摩守に断わりなくして渡海せしめ、売買仕り候者、急度言上致すべきこと。   付、夷の儀は、何方へ往行候とも、夷次第に致すべきこと。

一、夷仁に対し非分申懸くるは、堅く停止のこと。

右条々若し違背の輩においては、厳科に処すべき者也。仍て件の如し。
