English: A popular variation of the Kaga Umebachi kamon inside of a circle. The uncircled variation is used by the Tenmangu Shrine and the Kaga Maeda clan, itself descendents of the Sugawara clan who were patrons of Tenmangu and first used another variation of the plum kamon.
