In The Beginning is a compilation by death metal band Nile, which combines their two EPs, Ramses Bringer of War and Festivals of Atonement in their entirety. It was released in 2000.[1][2]

Festivals of Atonement was released on LP format on February 10, 1995 through their own label, Anubis Records. Ramses Bringer of War was released as a cassette demo on November 19, 1996 on the same label, and later in 1997 on CD and CS formats through Visceral Records.
