Lipoatrophia annularis

Lipoatrophia annularis, also known as Ferreira–Marques lipoatrophia, is a skin condition affecting primarily women, characterized by the loss of subcutaneous fat in the upper extremity.[1]: 497 [2] It is a form of lipodystrophy.[3]
