UTTP (Also known as a UTubeTrollPolice) is a Troll Group and Cyberterrorism group mainly on YouTube but also on Twitter and Discord.
They have been known for spamming in YouTube comment sections which includes racism and promotion of pedophilia, and Doxxing YouTubers. The UTTP was founded in Feburary 2011 by Southparkstudiosable.<ref>https://goanimatecommunity.fandom.com/wiki/The_Truth_About_The_UTTP In 2024, they started harrasing Youtubers in their comment sections by saying "WHO ASKED+L+RATIO+UTTP IS BETTER THAN(youtuber name)". In their Discord server, many of their members posses Child Porn.[1]
