Simon Duffy is a British record producer, composer, and engineer/mixer, known for his blend of dance, pop, and indie music.[1].

Simon Duffy first gained recognition for his work as a writer and mixer on "Chase the Sun", a hit single by Planet Funk that reached number 5 on the UK Singles Chart[2][3] and has become a longstanding anthem for darts in the UK[4].
His collaborative works include projects with artists such as Dino Lenny[5], Paul Harris, and Mr Hudson. In 2015, Duffy's song "One Night Lover" with Paul Harris and Dragonette achieved over eleven million streams on Spotify[6].
In 2014, Duffy produced the EP Let The Night by Dirty Vegas, which was certified by the FIMI[7]
His production work on the track "Pressure in an Empty Space" by Buchanan led to a nomination for the Vanda & Young Global Songwriting Competition in 2016[8], while the single "Coming Down" debuted at No. 29 on the Music Week Commercial Pop Chart[9]
