Chris Maurice (born 2 July 1996) is an American entrepreneur. He is the founder and CEO of Yellow Card, a Fintech company mainly dealing in cryptocurrency.[1]

Life and career edit

Maurice was born in New Orleans, Louisiana to mother Kelly Maurice and father Darren Maurice. He attended high school at Jesuit High School of New Orleans.[2]

He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Auburn University in Alabama[3][4][5] Maurice was the Harbert College of Business Student of the Year in 2018.[6]

Maurice began working online in 2006, selling Pokémon cards online through platforms such as eBay and Craigslist.[7]

Maurice started investing in cryptocurrency in 2015.[8] In 2018, he co-founded Yellow Card, a Fintech company which deals in cryptocurrency.[9][10][11][12][13]
