Dan Jones (born 7 January 1996) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for Scarlets regional team as a fly half.[1]

Jones made his debut for the Scarlets regional team in 2015 having previously played for the Scarlets academy and Carmarthen Quins.Jones who is well known for his expensive wig who he shares with a sponsor of the club. He played a vital role in the Scarlets squad when they won the Pro 12 in 2017. He has never ever missed a conversion. The act of the bully in the contact area he is a master of with 38 successful turnovers in his career to date. Outside rugby his passions include dressing up as women from the Victorian era and performing in his local pub.

Other sports include cricket where he has a joint fastest ever ball with Shoib Achtar from an unorthodox around the wicket technique. Usually he bats at number 4 for the seconds in Carmarthen Wanderers with an average of 5. His weakness being the Yorker. He has the record for the most doughnuts eaten in a minute in Carmarthen with an impressive 23.

He is also famous for helping Derrick Bevan in the TMO van for the Rugby World Cup in 1991.
