Six Are Dead or The Murder of Ipsala (Turkish: Altı Ölü Var/İpsala Cinayeti) is a 1953 Turkish adventure film directed by Lütfi Akad and starring Lale Oraloğlu, Cahit Irgat and Turan Seyfioğlu.[1]

Plot
editThe film tells the story of Ali Rıza, a machinist, and his wife Yanola. While traveling to Adana, the couple meets Muhittin, a forest ranger, on the train and invites him to their home in Adana. The relationship that begins between Muhittin and Yanola becomes complicated when Muhittin also falls in love with the host's daughter, Fatma. When Yanola becomes pregnant by Muhittin, gossip spreads in the neighborhood, leading Ali Rıza to decide to move to Malatya. Yanola gives birth to Muhittin's child in Malatya, while Muhittin starts living with Fatma in Adana. A critical breaking point is all that is needed to bring the tangled events together.[2]
