July 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Gogo Dodo. I wanted to let you know that I removed an external link you added, because it seemed to be inappropriate for an encyclopedia. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or take a look at our guidelines about links. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 19:34, 30 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 20:12, 30 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

Re your message: You can discuss inclusion of the link on the relevant article's talk page and if you get a consensus for inclusion, it can be re-added to the article. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 03:43, 31 July 2013 (UTC)Reply
Further Gogo Dodo's post, you restored the link that he removed, and I have removed it a second time. You also added external links to the articles on Jewish art music and Music of Israel, which I also removed. If you feel these links add important information to the article (beyond a commercial plug for your website), please raise the issue on the talk page. Thank you, Ravpapa (talk) 08:39, 19 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
And still further, I have opened a discussion of your links here. You are welcome to contribute to the discussion. Ravpapa (talk) 08:57, 19 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

August 2013 edit

This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines.
