You don't have to write in perfect English, but you do have to have basic English communication skills if you wish to contribute to the English-language Wikipedia. - I (and others) are willing to make some reasonable efforts to guess what you are trying to say, but if we have to keep speculating on what you are trying to say, your requests will sooner or later be ignored.
