Re your message: The reason the article about your friend is deleted is because he does not currently meet the notability guidelines for inclusion on Wikipedia. For a musical artist to have an article on Wikipedia, he or she must meet certain standards. For example, have a record or album that is listed on a national music chart. Since your friend does not currently have any released albums or songs, he is not currently notable enough for Wikipedia.
