Speedy deletion nomination of عالم المحقق كونان edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on عالم المحقق كونان requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Detective Conan Wiki:Plot Legend edit

Hello Semo4499,

It seems to me that an article you worked on, Detective Conan Wiki:Plot Legend, may be copied from http://www.detectiveconanworld.com/wiki/Detective_Conan_Wiki:Plot_Legend. It's entirely possible that I made a mistake, but I wanted to let you know because Wikipedia is strict about copying from other sites.

It's important that you edit the article and rewrite it in your own words, unless you're absolutely certain nothing in it is copied. If you're not sure how to fix the problem or have any questions, there are people at the help desk who are happy to assist you.

Thank you for helping build a free encyclopedia! MadmanBot (talk) 09:41, 28 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Recent edits edit

I've noticed that a great deal of your edits have been to introduce elements from the Detective Conan wikia into Wikipedia. Please stop doing this, as we do not go by the style of other wikia sites. We have our own format and trying to copy the format of other wikias can be seen as copyvio. Not only that, but things that some wikias have are seen as indiscriminate data per Wikipedia guidelines. It would really be a better idea to go look into joining up with WP:ANIME and have someone mentor you as far as the current standards for Wikipedia go. I hope that none of this discourages you, as I do feel that you're doing this in good faith. It's just that we don't use the templates and standards of other sites. I've tagged many of your templates for deletion as a result. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 10:41, 28 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

  • Also, the issue with Template:Movies is that it doesn't really expand on the pre-existing template for Detective Conan (called Case Closed in the States). The movies are already listed there and there's no true need for a second template just for the films. The other issue is that just labeling a template "Movies" can be confusing since there are a lot of movies out there for various things! Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 10:44, 28 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
  • I'd probably recommend User:Knowledgekid87 as a good place to start as far as asking people- he's been around for a while. I'll drop a note on his page that he should come and mentor you. Tokyogirl79 (。◕‿◕。) 10:51, 28 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Arabick edit

I hope you are aware that articles in Arabic should not be posted here, the English Wikipedia but at the Arabic Wikipedia. And even on the Arabic Wikipedia, please learn thoroughly how templates work before creating lots of them. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:53, 28 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
