Ball live on the PAT in High School?

Greetings! I just saw your edit in the article on Comparison of Canadian and American football, and I was curious: which states allow the defense to return a PAT, and do those states play Federation rules? (My guess is that the states that allow it are Texas and Louisiana, since they effectively play college rules.) A couple of issues arise here. First, it's inappropriate to author Wikipedia articles about yourself or someone close to you: this COI policy applies. Second, articles need to comply with Wikpedia's notability and verifiability requirements, and be backed with reliable sources. In addition, WP:OTHERCRAPEXISTS is not a valid reason for justifying an article's existence. In your case, you have run for one office and finished eighth behind Langford, Cooper, William Bell and a slew of other candidates I can't even remember (I live in metro Birmingham, by the way). That's the closest you get to being notable as far as Wikipedia is concerned.
