  Please stop introducing jokes into articles, such as those you created at Finance Minister of Nigeria. Wikipedia is a serious encyclopedia, and contributions of this type are considered vandalism. Re your message: If you follow the links in the article you will see that Mansur Muhtar is indeed the Minister of Finance of Nigeria.
