Welcome! edit

Hello, Gorusettyramesh, and Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions to this free encyclopedia. If you decide that you need help, check out Getting Help below, ask me on my talk page, or place {{Help me}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages by using four tildes (~~~~) or by clicking   if shown; this will automatically produce your username and the date. Also, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field with your edits. Below are some useful links to facilitate your involvement. Happy editing! Regarding your user page edit

Please do not move your user page into the main article space. Wikipedia is not here to publish your autobiography. You are allowed to keep some information about yourself on your user page, but you should avoid writing about yourself. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 06:53, 1 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Re your message: You can not do what you are asking. All user space pages have the User: prefix. Your user page is about you the Wikipedia editor, not your autobiography. Articles without a prefix, the main namespace, are intended only for articles that met the notability guidelines. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:13, 1 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
Re your message: For a biography to remain on Wikipedia, it must meet the notability guidelines for people. You must show that the person has received significant coverage from reliable sources to establish their notability. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:41, 1 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 07:51, 1 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
