Re your message: You can create a new article as long as you provide the necessary citations from reliable sources establishing the person's notability. All biographies must meet the notability guidelines to be included on Wikipedia. However, after reviewing the deleted article and the article creator's other edits, I should note to you that Wikipedia does not tolerate hoax articles or things that you made up one day.
