June 2011 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 07:26, 22 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Security (finance). Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Xionbox 09:14, 22 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to Financial management. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Mato (talk) 12:26, 22 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

This is your last warning. You will be blocked from editing the next time you vandalize a page, as you did with this edit to Security (finance). Mato (talk) 12:30, 22 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hello. You have a new message at Mato#Reference_to_Financial_management's talk page.

Re: redirected a well written article "marketable securities" after 3 months edit

Re your message: Kerowyn is just like you and I: an editor of Wikipedia. You should ask them why they redirected the article. My guess to why they changed it to a redirect is because the article did not contain a lot of content that could not be covered by Security (finance) article. Your listing your blog as a reference is also a conflict of interest and is probably not a reliable source. When the article was first created back in February 2010, it was also redirected to Security (finance) shortly after creation and that version contained a lot more content than your revision. -- Gogo Dodo (talk) 18:09, 21 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
