Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

November 2014 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Artificial intelligence are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to use talk pages for inappropriate discussion, you may be blocked from editing. NeilN talk to me 00:40, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you use talk pages for inappropriate discussions, as you did at Talk:2014 Hong Kong protests ‎. NeilN talk to me 00:44, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

February 2015 edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did to Chhinnamasta, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:08, 26 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Then the material you were adding is a copyright violation. At any rate, it was still WP:UNDUE weight, and the source does not meet our reliable sourcing guidelines. Please stick to summarizing and paraphrasing mainstream academic or journalistic sources. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:14, 26 February 2015 (UTC)Reply
Wikipedia is a secular site. Peddle your sectarianism elsewhere. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:18, 26 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please do not attack other editors, as you did on User talk:Ian.thomson. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Ian.thomson (talk) 20:54, 26 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

Please stop edit

Both the personal attacks and the addition of inappropriate material. Thanks. Dougweller (talk) 21:06, 26 February 2015 (UTC)Reply

December 2017 edit

Hello, I'm Doug Weller. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Yahweh, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Please note that Wikipedia is not for original research (WP:OR) or minority/fringe views (WP:FRINGE, WP:SOAPBOX). No relationship is known between those languages. Wikipedia must summarize reliable sources (WP:RS) which represent the views of mainstream scholars (WP:ABIAS). Thanks, —PaleoNeonate – 01:06, 29 December 2017 (UTC)Reply

May 2019 edit

Please do not add original research or novel syntheses of published material to articles as you apparently did to History of religion. Please cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. —PaleoNeonate – 19:25, 31 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
