Matthew Ziff (born March 24th, 1991) is an American actor who who started his career at a very early age. He is best-known as a heartthrob by his fans and is a promising young actor with already 19 years of acting experience. Ziff is a member of the Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), and the Guild of Italian American Actors.

He spends his time between Coral Gables, Florida and Los Angeles, California with alternative homes include Longboat Key and Upper Saddle River, New Jersey.

Early life edit

American actor born in New Jersey in 1991, the son of philanthropist and Insurance Broker Mr. Laurence F. Ziff and philanthropist, actress and Real Estate Investor Mrs. Lorraine Ziff. He has an older brother named Adam. At the age of three and a half Ziff began taking Taekwondo lessons and eventually he reached the rank of second degree black-belt. Ziff is skilled in handling weapons and swords and hand to hand combat. During his middle school and early high school years Ziff won several tournaments as a highly skilled wrestler. Ziff also obtained many science and technical awards due to his skills on creating robots. From a very early age Ziff has also appeared on several television series, in films, and numerous commercials including Radio and TV.

Acting career edit

Born in 1991 Matthew Ziff’s professional career started just a few months after his birth. Ziff was instantly instantly signed by Wilhelmina Models in New York. His first TV appearance was on The David Letterman Show while only a few months old. Astonishingly handsome since birth he was featured in numerous print ads and campaigns including Glamour Magazine and many others. Along with his brother Adam, Mr. Ziff appeared on dozens of toy boxes as well as several TV commercials for companies such as Volkswagen and T-mobile with professional basketball player Dwayne Wade. At the age of eight Ziff as a guest start in Conan O’Brien in a skit called Late Night with Matthew Ziff. He is actively being pursued by Hollywood Ziff is currently being considered for several soap operas and some movies in Los Angeles.

Personal life edit

Ziff is currently a member of the UM Student Government Cabinet. Along with his brother Adam, Ziff has been involved in charitable organizations for cancer research. He was voted Freshman Class Senator at University of Miami in 2009. Ziff is also programs chair for the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He is currently a prefect on the UM Quidditch team. Avid reader Ziff can always be found with a book in his hands. He plays five instruments and collects rare bass guitars
