Inclusion of The CMC Forum

@Jax 0677: You reverted my edits including The CMC Forum in this navbox. My rationale is that The CMC Forum doesn't have a wikipedia page yet, but it's a significant paper of record for CMC and should thus be included in the navbox along with TSL.
