Harbor tugs and floating drydocks edit
I’m not sure if the sentence about harbor tugs and floating drydocks as examples of craft that aren’t commissioned because they are used locally makes sense, because they are surface boats, and commissioning generally applies just to ships and submarines. 47.139.40.129 (talk) 19:53, 5 August 2023 (UTC)
