Under the traditional preparation section of this page, in bullet point 2, it says "The work involves two people, one pounding and the other turning and wetting the substance the mochi." The last few words seem quite off to me. How should this be reworded?

@Wham2001: Looks much better now. I added a missing period to one of the sentences, but other than that it looks good.
