The use of "are", as in "The Hartford Yard Goats are a Minor League Baseball team..." is common throughout North American sports. See website and newspaper articles about the team and their radio broadcasts for examples. NatureBoyMD (talk) 12:12, 1 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
