2024-06-10 05:54 Battle of Sirhind (1781) (Historical battle) The Battle of Sirhind was fought on 10 June 1781 by Sikh forces led by Baghel Singh and Mughal forces led by Mirza Shafi Khan. The actual battle section is sourced to a note in a book published in 1939; the note itself is a mere reiteration of a primary source written in 1741, with no input/commentary from a secondary figure, making the section de-facto sourced to a primary, eighteenth century letter.
