Throw bags are also used for putting messenger lines over trees, but unlike the type described here, the rope isn't contained within the bag. Sorry I don't have a high quality source, only lots of adverts and some articles on use, to allow me to add properly referenced information to the main article. -- David Woolley (talk) 12:02, 17 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
