Temperance vs. Prohibiton edit

There seems to be confusion regarding the Category:Temperance movement and Category:Prohibition. The movement to prohibit alcohol is one facet of the much larger temperance movement. However, if we look at Category:Temperance movement by country, there seems to be no distinction made. Category:American temperance activists is a subcategory of Category:Prohibition in the United States. Do you think it is worthwhile to disentangle the two related but separate movements? If so, could you help in doing so?--User:Namiba 19:38, 5 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
