Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Missing encyclopedic articles/List of notable songs/1

I'm not sure I understand what constitutes a notable song. Just looking at the songs on this list that begin 'A ....' and I don't see ' A hard days night', 'A day in the life' or even the dire but notable 'A groovy kind of Love'. Read the project page more carefully. Songs are removed from the list once articles with infoboxes are created for them. As you can see, both "A Hard Day's Night" and "A Groovy Kind of Love" have articles already, which is why they are no longer on the list. As for subjectivity, everything on this list has been compiled from other, independently created lists such as the end-of-year Billboard charts and the list of Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.
