There is a misunderstanding here. A task force is a portion of a wikiproject that deals with a specific aspect of the main wikiproject, such as a "history of Bolivia task force" or "politics of Bolivia task force". It is not needed to create a task force with the same scope than the wikiproject, unless the project itself is turned into a task force of another project, which is not the case here.
