We need a template which can be subst'd into place every month
It would be good to subst next month's issue into place when the current issue is delivered, so that editors can add to it during the coming weeks
September's issue ought to be prepared

I can't be sure, but maybe adding a section to the newsletter touting the projects recent successes might be in order. 10 biographies were promoted to FA status in October; I honestly can't figure out how to find out how many made good article.
