When should these templates be used? edit
I see a lot of merging and splitting being done by editors who say they are being bold and just don't bother to flag the matter beforehand with a template. How important is it to use these templates and discuss merges and splits before they actually happen? Johnfos (talk) 22:55, 24 February 2008 (UTC)
