It's out of rotation this year. If you look in the staging area, March 1 has a long list of eligible articles, so most of them are going to be excluded every year. 2019 suggestion

1869 - periodic table added (as suggestion), with image. Would be first appearance I assume, because was only recently added to March 1. 2019=150th anniversary.   • @Ham II: We have two conflicting rules here. First is that observances are listed in alphabetical order of the country of observance, so that puts Pig Day first. Hi, hope this isn't too early -- I'm not very experienced with OTD. I'd like to place a nomination for Disability Day of Mourning to run if possible. It's never run OTD before (was made a few days after 1 March 2021), has no cleanup tags, is a B-class that could probably pass GAN with some work, and ran DYK when new without issues.
