Redundancy edit

  • Isn't this page redundant, if we have "no special guideline for naming a fictional character"...?
  • Worse, this page actually focusses on documenting examples of existing on-wiki usage, rather than on finding the best usage (or the usage which best fits other policies), which is problematic should anybody ever refer to this page for guidance as though it were a real rule (it has a neat shortcut to make it easier to cite in other discussions). Where existing usage matches existing rules, referring to this page is redundant; where existing usage does not fit existing rules, referring to this page is actively harmful.

This is still a problem. Is there any way of fixing it short of deleting or moving to userspace? bobrayner (talk) 23:10, 25 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
How can I fix this? --George Ho (talk) 23:13, 25 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
