Full name would be better, especially if there is a surplus of registrations and we aren't able to accommodate everybody. Names will be kept private, and only myself and people doing check-in at NYU will see that.--Pharos (talk) 03:33, 10 December 2010 (UTC)

Warning for Windows users

Our host location is MAC equipped and oriented, and projector computers are MAC computers. If you are not accustomed to MAC, bring your own Windows laptop.

Project organizers: If a loaner Windows laptop could be provided for lightning talks, that would be very helpful, as half the time or more can drain away while a non-MAC person fumbles with getting going. --DThomsen8 (talk) 15:06, 31 December 2010 (UTC)
