Wikipedia talk:List of hoaxes on Wikipedia/Cayley-Newbirth operation matrix

This is probably a hoax. There are no references to this topic or to Bayleigh operator of equality on google except in articles copied from there. Also, there are used several definitions which are not defined elsewhere (so it's impossible to verify the statements), and the article is written so that it cannot be understood. I think it should be deleted, unless someone cleans this up.

I'm putting this on VfD. I think it is a hoax but in any case it is not a very serious or notable concept.

This is a hoax. Indeed you are correct. —ExplorerCDT 00:00, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Are you the originator of this hoax, ExplorerCDT? Michael Ward 04:16, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)
I wish I could have been, but alas, this article was created April 2004, I didn't show up on the Wikipedia scene until September. —ExplorerCDT 15:07, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)

You have explained your background in mathematics on your user talk page. Would you like to tell us why you know this is a hoax?
