Let me state this plainly and simply. If your proposal gets rejected by the community (e.g. the "supreme court") it is absolutely pointless to make it again under a different name or reworded slightly. No. This proposal, quite frankly, will be rejected by the community. In the future, Wikizach, it might be helpful to post some of your ideas at the village pump first to gauge support and opposition first, before creating a separate page.
