This course provides an in-depth study of the intersection of Genders, Technology, and Justice. Topics include a historical view of technology and gender, data and gender, web literacy, culture, and the possibilities that technology offers for liberation and resistance. Content Warning for this class, several of the books, sites, or examples we will examine deal with topics related to racism, sexism, racialized sexism, homophobia, violence, sexual assault, and related issues.
