This section of WR 120 ESL will look at how the use of language and the form of language has changed because of technology. Through the production of verbal and non-verbal artifacts, students learn how to master a variety of discourse and research methods, how to read various cultural texts, and how to produce their own texts in response. Students will be editing Wikipedia pages related to their cultures (This is an ESL writing class). They will work on topics that have not been adequately covered in English Wikipedia
