It definitely needs more China impact, for how recent and damaging it was. Ideally, more Philippine impact would be good, since it's on the short side. Find out what happened to the missing people. More is needed on the meteorological history of the storm (not stats on when it reached what category, but info on structural changes on the storm). There is plenty in the JTWC prognostic reasoning (which I see isn't used at all). The prog. reasonings are similar to the NHC discussions. Yes, they're JTWC, but it's valid meteorological information. More later. --♬♩ Hurricanehink (talk) 21:00, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Just a note on the MH, the JTWC didn't archive their prognostic reasoning advisories for Prapiroon (and others in 2006) so I don't know what I can use for it, unless Unisys has them. Cyclonebiskit (talk) 22:06, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
You should try Unisys if you haven't. Also, the FSU archive does have in-between advisory stuff that has met details, like this. --♬♩ Hurricanehink (talk) 23:24, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose for now. The storm caused nearly $1 billion in damage; surely there's more impact information to be found. The aftermath section is rather short, as well. The prose is decent, though it could use a bit of work. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 15:54, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
