Tropical Storm Delta (2005)

I don't think this storm should ever see FAC, but I would like to bring it to the highest quality possible. Towards this end I am submitting it to the project for A-Class review.   • Just curious, is there anything on the remnants? It looks like it nearly reached the Mediterranean.
  • Was Delta the only post-tropical cyclone that struck Africa? Did it set/break any other records? If so, maybe add a records section.
  • I disagree with you calling it Subtropical Storm Delta. It was never called that operationally. Consider this. What if Gamma, operationally, was named on Nov. 22 at 21z? Delta became an SS at 18z on the 22nd, as revealed in post-analysis, so it couldn't have been called Subtropical Storm Delta at that time. In short, be careful of the wording.

  • Any more impact in Morocco? Right now there's only one reference for the country.
  • Any impact elsewhere in Africa? In the Infobox you say Algeria was affected, but you don't say that in the impact section.
