A complete redo, simply put. It was a decent article while it was active, but now that it's done, it needs a complete redo to ensure everything is correct. Correct. I'd hold it at B-class for now until the CPHC and JMA reports. Basin-crossing storms can be the most difficult and can take a long time to get the report out. CrazyC83 16:19, 1 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
