The following people get some kind of special delivery. Maybe just a notice, maybe nothing, maybe they're not in the project but want it anyway, etc. By default you get the newsletter subst'd on your talk page if you're listed as an active project participant. Put your name here to change that.
List format should be * [[User talk:mumbleuser]], one user per line, with no decoration, redirection, or other misleading info just your real userid please. This makes it easiest for AWB.
