   1. Stubs - We put stubs above NavBars, in case the page is short, or there are issues with the right side.
   2. NavBoxes - these are bars that have a "show" on the far right that will expand into a "Navigational Box".

• Idaho stubs - last resort.
• Geography stubs - Mountains, Rivers, Lakes and Forests
• Politician stubs - All parties, be fair
• School stubs - Watch for wayward students (between Aug-May)

NavBoxes

Navigational boxes are for several purposes:

• Politics - previous office holder and succeeding office holder; Governor, Mayor, etc.
• Sports - with "seasonal" pages (i.e. 2008 Boise State Broncos football season) - will allow the user to find Previous and Succeeding season

Generally, they should be placed after "External Links" section and before the "DEFAULTSORT" or "Category list".
